The Process

Step 2: The Search

Once we’ve identified unclaimed funds, our work has only just begun. We then launch a thorough effort to locate the rightful owner or heirs—often requiring deep investigative work. Our team collaborates closely with experienced attorneys, skilled researchers, and certified notaries to navigate the process and communicate directly with the agency holding the funds.

Time is critical. If these funds remain unclaimed for too long, they often revert permanently to the government agency that holds them. That’s why taking action matters—and why we’re committed to helping ensure that what’s yours doesn’t quietly disappear.

Step 1: The Audit

Across the country, our team uncovers forgotten government-held funds that belong to everyday people and businesses. Most individuals have no idea they’re owed anything—because the government doesn’t make much effort to inform them. Beyond a generic notice in a newspaper or a letter sent to an outdated address, there's no outreach, and legally, there doesn’t have to be.

What’s more surprising is that these funds don’t appear on any of the usual public unclaimed money lists. They’re hidden away in obscure corners of government databases, virtually invisible to the public. In fact, the vast majority of people—over 99%—don’t even know these accounts exist.

We conduct audits of various agencies nationwide to find and return your money!

Step 3: Paperwork and PAyment

After you’ve had a quick chat with one of our Refund Claim Specialists and given us the green light, we’ll set up a time for you to sign a few documents so we can officially get started on your claim.

We work on a contingency basis, which means there are no upfront costs or out-of-pocket fees for you—ever. We only get paid if we successfully recover your funds. We handle all the paperwork, cover all the expenses, and take on all the risk. If your claim doesn’t go through, you owe us nothing. Simple as that.

To make things easy, we’ll send a local notary to deliver the documents, and once signed, they’ll overnight them back to us. From there, we jump into action and keep things moving—keeping you updated every step of the way.
